Ingat mati~~

Assalamualaikum,

~Hari anda adalah sekarang, hari anda adalah sekarang ;
Berfikir dan bersyukurlah ;
Jangan marah~

Happy alwayz! : D

British Muslim singer, song-writer Sami Yusuf released his new single “Healing”  in cooperation with the International Medical Center (IMC, www.imc.med.sa)

Sami Yusuf - Healing

VERSE 1:
It’s so hard to explain
What I’m feeling
But I guess it’s ok
Cause I’ll keep believing
There’s something deep inside
Something that’s calling
It’s calling you and I
It’s taking us up high
CHORUS:
Healing, a simple act of kindness brings such meaning
A smile can change a life let’s start believing
And feeling, let’s start healing

VERSE 2:
Heal and you will be healed
Break every border
Give and you will receive
It’s Nature’s order
There is a hidden force
Pulling us closer
It’s pulling you and I
It’s pulling us up high
CHORUS:
Healing, a simple act of kindness brings such meaning
A Smile can change a life let’s start believing
And feeling, let’s start healing
MIDDLE 8:
Hearts in the hand of another heart and in God’s hand are all hearts
An eye takes care of another eye and from God’s eye nothing hides
Seek only to give and you’ll receive
So, heal and you will be healed
OUTRO (x2):

Hijrah Nabi Muhammad SAW jatuh pada bulan Rabiul Awal, bukannya Muharram

Sumber : Wikipedia

Hijra of Muhammad

In September 622, warned of a plot to assassinate him, Muhammad secretly slipped out of Mecca with Abu Bakr. By degrees, Muhammad and his followers emigrated to the city of Yathrib, 320 kilometres (200 mi) north of Mecca. Yathrib was soon renamed Madinat un-Nabi, literally "the City of the Prophet", but un-Nabi was soon dropped, so its name in English is Medina, meaning "the city". The Muslim year during which the Hijra occurred was designated the first year of the Islamic calendar by Umar in 638 or 17 AH (anno hegirae = "in the year of the hijra"). In the following chronology the city will be referred to as Medina, and the region surrounding it as Yathrib.
DayDateNotes
Day 1
Thursday
26 Safar AH 1
(9 September 622)
Left home in Mecca. Stayed three days in the Cave of Thur near Mecca.
Day 5
Monday
1 Rabi' I AH 1
(13 September 622)
Left the environs of Mecca. Traveled to the region of Yathrib.
Day 12
Monday
8 Rabi' I AH 1
(20 September 622)
Arrived at Quba' near Medina.
Day 16
Friday
12 Rabi' I AH 1
(24 September 622)
First visit to Medina for Friday prayers.
Day 26
Monday
22 Rabi' I AH 1
(4 October 622)
Moved from Quba' to Medina.
The Muslim dates are in the Islamic calendar extended back in time. The Western dates are in the Julian calendar. The lunar year is about 300/309 solar year. The Hijra is celebrated annually on 8 Rabi' I, about 66 days after 1 Muharram, the first day of the Muslim year. Many writers confuse the first day of the year of the Hijra with the Hijra itself, erroneously stating that the Hijra occurred on 1 Muharram AH 1 or 16 July 622.
All dates given above may have occurred about 89 days (three lunar months) earlier. The Muslim dates may be those recorded in the original Arabic calendar and their month names may not have been changed to account for the (probably three) intercalary months inserted during the next nine years until intercalary months were prohibited during the year of Muhammad's last Hajj (AH 10).

Think & Reflect~~~

Salam,

There is a polish for everything that takes away rust; and the polish for the heart is the remembrance of Allah.

~ The Prophet (PBUH) said: "A woman may be married for four reasons: her wealth, her lineage (family status), her beauty or her religious commitment; Choose the one who is religious and you will prosper.” {62:27, Sahih Bukhari}
~ In another hadith, the Prophet (PBUH) said: "The whole world is a provision, and the best object of benefit of the world is the pious woman." {8:3465, Sahih Muslim}
~ Abu Bakr (RA) once asked Rasulallah (PBUH) what was the best thing to be treasured, and he (PBUH) replied: "the tongue in remembrance of Allah, the heart filled with thanks to Allah, and a pious wife who helps in virtuous deeds."

True, beauty and charm is hard to resist, yet beauty does not last forever. Financial status is dynamic, and so is worldly status, yet religion strongly establishes a household, and it may be that through your intention of marrying her for her religion, the rest is given to you anyway.

If marriage completes half our faith, shouldn't that half be the best half? A woman married for the wrong reasons can only weaken the Muslim household. Consider that she will be your life-long companion and the rearer of your children. Don't marry her for her worldly wealth, but for her wealth in Islamic wisdom and knowledge. Her status in this life is illusionary, so choose her for her status in the sight of Allah. Beauty is but superficial, but the beauty of Imaan is transcendent.

"And indeed We have created man, and We know what his own-self whispers to him. And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein (by Our Knowledge)." {Surah Qâf, Verse 16}

Having Imaan is like riding a plane - the higher you go, the smaller the things on Earth appear.

73:135, Sahih Bukhari

Surah Al-Baqarah, Verse 23

Aameen!

Have you ever wondered how it would be if we treated our Qur'an the way we treat our mobile phones.

~ What if we carried it in our bags and browsed it often?
~ What if we turned back to get it if we forgot it?
~ What if we flipped through it several times a day?
~ What if we used it to receive Messages from the Text?
~ What if we treated it like we couldn't live without it?
~ What if we gave it to our dear ones as gifts?
~ What if we considered it as the number one priority while travelling?
~ What if we used it in case of an emergency?

It is certainly not justified that The Qur’an, a treasure from Allah, Rabbil aalameen be compared to the usage of a man-made mobile phone. However, the sole purpose of this reminder is to make us realize the considerable amount of time we spend with our gadgets and the negligible amount of time we spend with our Creator’s Gift – The Holy Qur’an.

Although most of us prefer reading a personal hard copy, advancement in technology has made it possible for us to stay connected with the Holy Qur’an on our mobile phones. Nevertheless, the ultimate question remains – How dedicated are we in reading, comprehending and acting upon the Qur’an? Ask yourself.

“Do they not then earnestly seek to understand the Qur'an, or are their hearts locked up by them?” {Surah Muĥammad, Verse 24}

Etiquette of Speech - Four Important Reminders from the Holy Qur'aan

1. "And say to My slaves (i.e. the true believers of Islamic Monotheism) that they should (only) say those words that are the best. (Because) Shaitan (Satan) verily, sows disagreements among them. Surely, Shaitan (Satan) is to man a plain enemy." {Surah Al-'Isrā', Verse 53}

2. "And be moderate in your walking, and lower your voice. Verily, the harshest of all voices is the voice (braying) of the ass." {Surah Luqmān, Verse 19}

3. Successful indeed are the believers. Those who offer their Salat (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness. And those who turn away from dirty, false, evil vain talk and all that Allah has forbidden." {Surah Al-Mu'minūn, Verses 1-3}

4. "O you who have believed, fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice." {Surah Al-'Aĥzāb, Verse 70}

In a nutshell, speak good words with truth and justice in a humble tone and refrain from evil vain talk.
